Creators

Access your transactions

You can access details for every transaction on the Settings page in your Creator account.

1. Log in to your creator account.
2. On the top right of your screen, click the three dots. Which will navigate you to the settings menu
3. Click on settings, then click on Balance and Transactions.
4. Click on Payments received, which will show you a running balance of all transaction history on your creator page.
5. Each transaction in your account will advise what type of transaction it was (Subscription, Reaction, PPV purchase, or tokens received), show what customer made the purchase, and the date and time it was received.

Access your payouts

You can access details for every payout on the Settings page in your Creator account.

1. Log in to your creator account.
2. On the top right of your screen, click the three dots. Which will navigate you to the settings menu
3. Click on settings, then click on Balance and Transactions.
4. Click on payout settings, which will navigate you to the payout transactions you have initiated to your link external bank account.
5. Each payout will advise the date the payout was initiated and the amount.

Consumer

Access your transactions

You can access details for every transaction on the Settings page in your Vinivia account.

1. Log in to your creator account.
2. On the top right of your screen, click the three dots. Which will navigate you to the settings menu.
3. Click on Balance and transactions, which will show you a running transactions of all purchases you have made in your account.
4. Each transaction (subscription, reaction, token purchase or PPV) you have made in your Vinivia account will be represented with the amount of the purchase, the date of the purchase, and the creator it was sent to.
