These Community Rules and Principles are legally binding, supplement our Terms of Service and other legal documentation, and may be updated from time to time by Vinivia at its sole discretion. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Community Rules and Principles. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, legal actions, and other appropriate actions.
Community Rules
Do
You must comply with all agreements you have entered into with us, including our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws, and abide by our Community Rules and Principles further below. You must only upload User Content that is accurate and does not mislead or harm others.
Do Not
You must not:
1. Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including without limitation laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection, and privacy.
2. Create, upload, transmit, distribute, or store any content that is inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, threatening, abusive, or inflammatory.
3. Use the Services to promote or sell goods or services that infringe on the copyright, trademarks, or any other third-party rights of others, or in a manner that amounts to unfair, deceptive or misleading acts or omissions.
4. Impersonate any person or entity.
5. Falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Access the Services accounts of others without permission.
7. Send spam to users of the Services, including without limitation unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other solicitation material; bulk mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, charity requests, petitions for signatures, or any of the preceding things related to promotional giveaways and other similar activities.
8. Harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud users of the Services, or collect or attempt to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent.
9. Create or upload any User Content that violates applicable privacy laws or includes personal information that may create a risk of stalking, violence, fraud, or bodily injury.
10. Delete, remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services or User Content, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Services, features that enforce limitations on the use of the Services or User Content, or the copyright or other proprietary rights notices on the Services or User Content.
11. Interfere with or damage the operation of the Services including uploading viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
12. Access any website, server, software application, or other computer resource owned, used, and/or licensed by Vinivia, including but not limited to the Services, by means of any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means for any purpose, or bypass any measures Vinivia may use to prevent or restrict access to any website, server, software application, or other computer resource owned, used, and/or licensed by Vinivia.
13. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services.

It is a foundational community principle that ensures equal treatment and opportunities for all users on our platform, fostering an environment where everyone is valued and respected. We are dedicated to maintaining impartiality and relying on evidence, ensuring fair outcomes, and offering opportunities to appeal content removals, live suspensions, and account bans.
Respect Others
Treat fellow users with kindness and respect.
Avoid hate speech, bullying, or any form of harassment.
Be mindful of cultural differences and diverse perspectives.
Foster positive interactions; be constructive and supportive.
Use appropriate language; avoid excessive swearing or offensive remarks.
Vinivia strictly prohibits any behavior driven by hatred, prejudice, or intolerance. This includes actions that promote or endorse discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, seriousness medical condition, and veteran status. Furthermore, accounts maintained by individuals involved in terrorist, violent extremist, or mass violent attacks will be promptly removed and permanently suspended.

1. Keep your content within legal and ethical boundaries.
Respect intellectual property rights; do not use unauthorized copyrighted material. We do not allow content that violates someone else's intellectual property rights. If we become aware of content that is a violation, we will remove it. Read Vinivia’s Intellectual Property Policy here.
Do not share someone else's sensitive data without their permission.
Do not stream from a private space without permission.
2. Ensure Privacy and Stay Safe.
Protect your personal information and respect others' privacy.

Do not share sensitive information, such as addresses or phone numbers.
Regularly review and update your privacy settings to control who can view, comment, or interact with your live stream.
Report any suspicious or harmful behavior promptly.
We are committed to bringing people together in a way that does not lead to physical conflict. We recognize that online content related to violence can cause real-world harm. We do not allow any violent threats, incitement to violence, or promotion of criminal activities that may harm people, animals, or property. If there is a specific and imminent threat to human life or serious physical injury, we report it to relevant law enforcement authorities.
PROHIBITED:
Threatening or expressing a desire to cause physical injury to a person or a group.
Promoting or inciting violence, such as making a general call for an attack, encouraging others to attack, and recommending people bring weapons to a location to intimidate others.
Promoting any type of theft, or the criminal destruction of property or the natural environment
Providing instructions on how to commit criminal activities that may harm people, animals, or property.
3. Youth Safety
Youth safety is our priority! Vinivia prohibits any content or activity that endangers youth. We do not allow content that may put young people at risk of exploitation, or psychological, physical, or developmental harm.
This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), youth abuse, bullying, dangerous activities and challenges, exposure to excessive mature issues, and consumption of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or regulated substances. If we become aware of youth exploitation on our platform, we will ban the account, and take other actions required by law.
Create content suitable for all audiences; be attentive to a diverse audience, including minors.
Report any inappropriate content involving minors immediately!
A person must be 13 years and older to have an account.
If we learn someone is below the minimum age on Vinivia, we will ban that account.
If an account holder believes they were incorrectly banned, they can contact us here.
Report those who you believe are under the minimum age by contacting us here.
You must be 16 years and older to use direct messages and be 18 years and older to go LIVE.
Our objective is to offer young individuals an experience that aligns with their developmental stage while fostering a secure environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any sexualized material of a young person that is shared or created by anyone. It includes implied or clearly visible sexual activities and sexual assault of young people, as well as the sexualization or fetishization of their bodies.
Significant body exposure includes showing part of the pubic area and buttocks, or implied nudity, such as using an object to cover nude genitalia. For young people, it also includes wearing minimal clothing, such as only underwear.
Moderate body exposure includes showing the visible outline of covered genitalia, nipples through clothing, and exposed skin near an intimate body part, such as a part of a breast and the upper part of the thigh.
Seductive performances involve certain body movements that are intended to be sexually arousing, such as undressing (stripteases), pelvic thrusting, breast shaking, and fondling.
Sexualized posing is behavior with the intent to sexually arouse, through a combination of: (1) emphasizing intimate body parts, such as by zooming in on genitals, or using hands to frame breasts; and (2) overt sexual expressions, including suggestive captions.
PROHIBITED:
Sexual exploitation of young people, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, and pedophilia
Physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, and psychological abuse of young people
Trafficking of young people, promotion or facilitation of underage marriage, and recruitment of child soldiers
Sexual activity of young people
Nudity or significant body exposure of young people
Allusions to sexual activity by young people
Seductive performances by young people
Consumption of alcohol, tobacco products, and drugs by young people
4. Mental and Behavioral Health
We prioritize the well-being of our community members, aspiring to be a source of joy, enrichment, and a sense of belonging. We encourage individuals to connect, engage in shared experiences, and feel a part of a larger community. Our commitment is to provide a supportive space that safeguards the physical and psychological health of everyone involved.
5. Suicide and Self-Harm
We do not allow showing, promoting, or sharing plans for suicide or self-harm.
If you or someone you know has had thoughts of suicide or self-harm, support is available. Contact a suicide prevention helpline in your region or your local emergency services. We may contact local emergency services, if there is a specific, credible, and imminent threat to human life or serious physical injury, such as sharing details about a plan to harm oneself.

Showing, promoting, or providing instructions on suicide and self-harm, and related challenges, dares, games, and pacts
Showing or promoting suicide and self-harm hoaxes
Sharing plans for suicide and self-harm
6. Disorder Eating and Body Image
We do not allow showing or promoting disordered eating or any dangerous weight loss behaviors.
7. Authenticity
Represent yourself truthfully; do not impersonate others.
Disclose sponsored content or partnerships transparently.
Engage authentically with your audience; avoid misleading practices.
8. Misinformation
We do not allow inaccurate, misleading, or false content that may cause significant harm to individuals or society, regardless of intent. Significant harm includes physical, psychological, or societal harm, and property damage. It does not extend to commercial and reputational harm, nor does it cover simply inaccurate information.
9. Gambling
We recognize that risking money in a game or a bet may lead to potential harm for some people, including serious financial loss or addiction. We do not allow the promotion of gambling services.
10. Fraud and Scams
We want people to be able to use our platform to learn about ways to be financially responsible and consider economic transactions or investment opportunities, without worrying about scams or financial exploitation. We do not allow attempts to defraud or scam members of our community.
11. Compliance with Laws
Abide by local and international laws.
Do not engage in or promote illegal activities on the platform.
12. Report Violations
Our Content Moderation Strategy is designed to balance between preserving free expression and safeguarding the well-being of our community.

We strongly encourage users to report incidents of harassment or hateful conduct targeted at themselves. If the abuse involves potential legal implications or criminal activity, we advise users to seek assistance from a legal professional or contact local law enforcement. If someone's actions have caused you to fear for your safety or the safety of your immediate family, we urge you to promptly report the situation to your local law enforcement authorities.
